Privacy Policy — Cindy Car Drive
This policy explains what information the mobile game Cindy Car Drive (package com.cindycardrive.sandbox, "the Game") collects, why, and what choices you have. The Game is free to play and is supported by advertising.
1. Information we do not collect
The Game has no accounts and no registration. We do not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or payment details. Your progress (coins, cars, settings, completed stages) is stored only on your device.
2. Information collected automatically
The Game uses third-party services (SDKs) for advertising, analytics and crash reporting. They may automatically collect:
- Device identifiers — the Android advertising ID and app-instance identifiers;
- Device and app information — device model, OS version, language, screen size, app version;
- Approximate location — derived from the IP address (country/region level);
- App activity — game events such as levels started or completed, and interactions with ads;
- Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data.
3. Why it is used
- to show ads, including personalised ads where you have allowed them, and to measure their performance;
- to understand how the Game is played and improve it;
- to find and fix crashes and errors;
- to prevent fraud in advertising.

The ad networks used through CAS may change over time; each processes data under its own privacy policy, available through the CAS policy above. We do not sell personal information.
5. Your choices
- Personalised ads. Where required (e.g. in the EEA, UK and some US states) the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in Android settings: Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Deleting data. Uninstalling the Game removes all data stored on your device. To ask about or request deletion of data held by the services above, write to us at the address below and include your device's advertising ID; we will forward the request to the services concerned.
6. Mods
The Game can load car mods that you place in its Mods folder yourself. Mods are read only from your device; the Game does not upload them anywhere.
7. Children
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.
8. Security and retention
Data sent by the services above is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Each service keeps data for the period described in its own policy.
9. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when the Game adds features or services. The new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.

1. Что мы не собираем
В Игре нет аккаунтов и регистрации. Мы не запрашиваем имя, электронную почту, номер телефона, контакты, фото, точное местоположение или платёжные данные. Ваш прогресс (монеты, машины, настройки, пройденные этапы) хранится только на вашем устройстве.
2. Что собирается автоматически
Игра использует сторонние сервисы (SDK) для рекламы, аналитики и отчётов о сбоях. Они могут автоматически собирать:
- идентификаторы устройства — рекламный идентификатор Android и идентификаторы установки приложения;
- сведения об устройстве и приложении — модель, версию ОС, язык, размер экрана, версию приложения;
- приблизительное местоположение — по IP-адресу (страна/регион);
- действия в приложении — игровые события, например начало и прохождение этапов, взаимодействие с рекламой;
- диагностику — отчёты о сбоях и данные о производительности.
3. Зачем это нужно
- чтобы показывать рекламу, в том числе персонализированную, если вы это разрешили, и оценивать её эффективность;
- чтобы понимать, как играют в Игру, и улучшать её;
- чтобы находить и исправлять сбои и ошибки;
- чтобы предотвращать мошенничество с рекламой.

Набор рекламных сетей, работающих через CAS, может меняться; каждая обрабатывает данные по своей политике, ссылки на которые есть в политике CAS. Мы не продаём персональные данные.
5. Ваш выбор
- Персонализированная реклама. Там, где это требуется (например, в ЕЭЗ, Великобритании и некоторых штатах США), Игра спрашивает согласие перед показом персонализированной рекламы. Сбросить или удалить рекламный идентификатор либо отключить персонализацию можно в настройках Android: Настройки → Google → Реклама (или Настройки → Конфиденциальность → Реклама).
- Удаление данных. При удалении Игры стираются все данные на устройстве. Чтобы узнать о данных у сервисов выше или запросить их удаление, напишите нам на адрес ниже и укажите рекламный идентификатор устройства — мы передадим запрос соответствующим сервисам.
6. Моды
Игра может загружать моды машин, которые вы сами кладёте в её папку Mods. Моды читаются только с вашего устройства, Игра никуда их не отправляет.
7. Дети
Игра предназначена для пользователей от 13 лет и не ориентирована на детей младше 13 лет. Мы сознательно не собираем персональные данные детей младше 13 лет. Если вы считаете, что ребёнок передал данные через Игру, свяжитесь с нами — мы поможем их удалить.
8. Безопасность и хранение
Сервисы выше передают данные по зашифрованным соединениям (HTTPS). Каждый сервис хранит данные в течение срока, указанного в его политике.
9. Изменения
Мы можем обновлять эту политику, например при добавлении в Игру новых функций или сервисов. Новая версия будет опубликована по этому адресу с новой датой вступления в силу.
